Empty Litter Basket
The textile bin at Quincy elementary school is full and unaccessible as it’s in a construction zone. I walked 30 minutes to get there and I am unable to recycle my textile. It would be great that the Boston recycle website notify people that bin are momentarily unusable. Also it is worrisome to see textile all around the bin: is it really being recycled. Thank you for offering the service though

Illegal Parking
Silver Street is blocked with utility work. Residents in the area cannot enter or leave in their vehicles. This is under permit exca-1587532. Residents were not notified of this closure 3 days in advance as required by the city street occupancy permit process. There is also no detail present as specified in the permit. They should be asked to stop and go through the process properly.
