    Trailer has been parked here for over a month and a half and has not moved. Whoever owns it knows that its been tagged at least twice because they fixed the flat tire. It "does not" belong to the developer who's building the development at 500 Talbot Ave. Can it be towed. Seems like the owner is using our street as a storage facility.
