This is the same host as complaint #101005416985. STR-521905 This STR registration is being used for two separate full units so it should have two registrations. On its application it stated that it will NOT be a short term rental and instead will be used as a corporate rental with a minimum of a 10 day stay. This is not the case as there are two listings per unit and one is for 1 night minimum. There is a small note that in two listings of 4 that "This unit should be rented by individuals or family members on medical related travel." in the listing but that is NOT proof of a hospital contract. Can ISD please verify that a contract exists?
