Apr-24-2024, incident-police arrived. It has been almost a year since I’ve been requesting SIGNAGE and lighting. This spot is used by a variety of of ILLEGAL activities including extended parking. I have a list of activities and photos to happily provide. A grey van with a black male on a fight over the phone. Please install SIGNAGE example: no parking allowed, no auto-shop- no car for sale, no loud music. This spot is well known for illegal activity “yellow iron gate/shed spot.
