    154-156 Newbury Street have entered our 6th day of no hot water and the landlord has offered no concessions as of yet and no alternatives to access hot water. We are told it will be Monday, 4/22, at the very earliest that we will have access to hot water. This is a clear violation of our rights as tenants and it has created a very difficult living situation for all.
