11 Border St, East Boston, Ma, 02128
An unregistered vehicle in front of 11 Border street E. Boston MA 02128. People sleep in this car and they smoke Crack and use drugs in this car overnight making noise. The car has receiver 3 tickets but it's still on our block and is unregistered and it has no insurance cc e assigned to it according to Boston Police.

Winthrop Square is hosting the Mayor's Coffee Hour on Wednesday, 4/24/24. There is a blue bag entangled in one tree, and what looks to be a rubber tube for a bike tire in another (photos in Notes) which need to be removed. Also, check for any hangers.
