Illegal Parking
This car is parked IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PARK. There is no one in it. It’s just parked there. This isn’t on the edge of a sidewalk or near a street corner. It’s at least 30 yards deep, intentionally driven into what someone may have thought was a hidden corner that wouldn’t be noticed? Please have this car TOWED immediately! It’s outrageous to encounter a parked car on a pedestrian and bike path, which is completely obstructed by the way, especially on a rainy night with poor visibility. This a public safety risk and not tolerated for a moment longer.
