Description
This cut has no roll off for cars. I slow down for the 1" drop off and then lip and I almost get rear ended. I take it at speed and gosh, my headlamps are now blowing out. Somebody fine Verizon and teach them how to fill a cut.

    Case Resolved | Dear Constituent, The Boston Public Works Construction Inspection Unit (CIU) Inspector states that after the Verizon contractor installs the conduit and backfills the excavation they place a base course of hot mix asphalt. Within a few days they come back and place the top course of hot mix asphalt. This results in a better patch than topping right after the base course has been placed. The patch in question is scheduled to be topped within the next few days weather permitting .
