- Bike lanes continue to be illegally blocked here. Construction cones and barrels are being removed from parking spaces and put into bike lane by motorists. There is construction but it's ON THE SIDEWALK, why is the bike lane being blocked? If it's for construction, then why isnt parking also blocked? Dozens of cases have been ignored or "noted", most recent had the excuse that it's public works. Public works is not parking the tour buses and moving barrels into bike lane.
