- I have reported this issue several times. There is only one street light, and it's been inoperable since last October! To date, I have received conflicting information pertaining to this situation. For example, I was told by a member of the 311 team that Public Works is waiting for a replacement part. On the other hand, I was told by a member if City Councilor Janey's Office that this situation is in dispute between Public Works and Eversource. Regardless, this is a SAFETY ISSUE... See Photo!!
