- Who is responsible for shoveling sidewalk along Gardner St where the parking lot of 1230 VFW parkway is adjacent to? I'm assuming the shopping plaza is responsible (savers,dollar tree) Having it iced over is one thing but they made no attempt to shovel/ clear a patch. Please address.
