Description: Without an emergency weekend permit, these contractors are in the South End doing construction work on Sunday. The city continues to promise to have ISD crack down on this yet nothing is ever done. I would bet money that this report will be closed and with an excuse but never resolved. The work is being done in the rear at 15 union park and they are using the private alley between Waltham and UP.
