- Tree never bloomed not on our property but next to our house on city property needs to be removed before it falls and kills someone. We reported the tree even had a petition of 3000 signatures but when the city evaluated the tree they refused to take it down. It's also growing in our basement the roots and knocked out our sewer pipe that we had to have replaced.
