- Broken off sign metal sticking out of sidewalk. Last Friday night my boyfriend tripped on it and got hurt. I want to know who I speak to about responsible party that left it there. No ones got back to my report yet I noticed it's spray painted neon orange now. Clearly someone has been out to inspect.
