Description
There used to be two yellow polls and a chain blocking cars from using the sidewalk as a shortcut to access harcourt and saint botolph street. It's now gone and people are using what is supposed to be access to the Marriott loading dock access road as a thru way street to these other streets. It's also very dangerous as people are walking in that residential area all the time and have almost gotten hit by cars
