Description
Loose dog, chubby black, white, and brown chihuahua mix, on corner of Seaver st and Harold in Dorchester/Roxbury. This is the 7th encounter I've personally had with this same dog in the last 2 weeks. It is never with an owner and it is aggressive and has attacked my on-leash dog every encounter we've had with it. Appears to live in the yard of the complex on the corner but doesn't appear to be let inside.
