- There is a major project underway on Beach St and they poured sidewalks that have already cracked! Mostly in front of 112 Beach and the driveways by 112 and Figaros Sandwich shop There are multiple stress cracks that the contractor has tried to repair with mortar. Obviously the areas were not properly prepared if they cracked this soon and will only expand over time. Hopefully someone will review this work before signing off on this project.
