Description

Missing parts vehicle with substance leak abandon on oldfield rd and columbia. An individual added a front plate from another vehicle and no up to date tags on said vehicle. Car has been left here for months. The individual moves it only on street cleaning days to opposite side and the street or to retrieve storage in vehicle. There is serious issue on oldfield rd intersect columbia with abandon vehicles.
