Case Resolved | Dear Constituent, The Boston Public Works Construction Inspection Unit (CIU) has identified the sunken patches as being the responsibility of Nevin Construction We have already requested that Nevin repair HIS sunken patch We just notified Nevin that if the patch is not repaired this week The City will not be allow any new permits to be issued and any active jobs will be suspended until the patch is repaired The CIU was added the location to its data base that tracks unacceptable utility work. The CIU will monitor the progress of the work.
