- Construction dumpster has been present apparently unmoved for three weeks. There is a putrid odor which is easily detected while walking on Chandler St. This is not all the contractor' s fault as some people also have grown trash into this 80 Chandler St dumpster. There has not been any appreciable increase in the amount of construction trash in the dumpster. It should be removed to eliminate the foul order and free up multiplie parking spots as it is apparently no longer needed for demolition as finishing work is proceeding. Please have permanently removed or at least replaced if there is a Bonafide need to mee a dumpster there. Thank you
