- Depression in sidewalk fills with water, freezes to hazardous ice in winter, major slipping hazard!! Never did this before. City replaced sidewalk last year and created dip depression that fills with ice and water. Must fix. Add drain line, or re-pave sidewalk without dip. Should slope to street so water drains!! Major winter hazard, children and handicapped people slip often, will create injury!!!!
