- Excessive road salt needs pickup. Several hundred pounds of excessive road salt blanketed Cordis Ave. The community has swept up and placed in two barrels. Honestly, this was a ridiculous overload of salt which is dangerous to human, dog and environmental health. All because the road was not plowed during the last snow. So, while grateful something was done to the ice on the road, this was overkill. Literally.
