Description
Tons of illegal parking again on Waltham st in the south end. 2 ringgold Street is a problem construction site with rude and obnoxious workers. Makes it very hard for people who live around here. Wish city hall would enforce the rules every so often. It's out of control. This weeks biggest offenders: Fitzgerald reconstruction, capital construction management, and Knight painting.
