Description
80 Minot st has been fined for disposing of materials last week improperly. Today, right now at 11:45 am Feb.27th they are doing it again, there are open trash barrels being thrown into the dumpster and materials are flying around and going into neighbor?s yard and the air. Who should the bill be sent to when the neighbors get sick? This building has sat for 2 years and now they are disposing of the materials in an improper manner and they obviously don?t care since they have already been fined.
