Description

We had an old Tree cut down over a year ago. Streets came by and repaired the pavement with asphalt after the tree was removed and it's been awaiting a new tree for three seasons. We can't get the sidewalk repaired permanently until the new tree is planted. Which has to be planted in the spring. Please help.
