- At 15 Ruskindale Rd, the city tree?s lowest branches obstruct walking on the sidewalk. Tree roots have lifted the sidewalk and affected the brick wall at home. Tree in front of 13 Ruskindale also needs trimming for the same reason. No issue with the sidewalk. The whole tree should be properly trimmed. A few branches were removed but many branches could be thinned out as well.
