- The tree on the city's property was supposed to be taken down this month. It's deader than dead. We were told "September" but no exact date. I'm just waiting for this thing to fall on my house and kill me. Please ask someone to come cut it down asap.

Case Noted | The Boston Parks & Recreation Department Urban Forestry Division does not care for trees located on private ways. Westminster Ter where the tree in question is located is a private way. Trees on private ways are the responsibility of the abutting property owner to maintain.
