- Trash barrels from 5 waldemar ave. Which is an apartment building. Where put across the way from capital waste to pick up, if you are not aware we have coyotes in this area, have been seen walking around, this only makes the situation worse. The trash from apartment complex should be in a dumpster or taken to a city dump not picked up from capitol waste. And left out at nite.
