- 1. If you haven't realized some real estate agents will say whatever you want to hear in order to close the deal- shame on you. 2. If you did no research on your own - shame on you. There are signs all around the park telling you to keep your dogs on leach or you will get a fine. Clearly indicating it's not a dog park. 3. If you looked into the area that you are buying and saw a park with a large playground 1/2 a block from a school I would assume kids would be playing in the park
