- UPDATE 12/10 Hi, I have not heard from anyone, have been provided no direction, and there remains no resolution. Just looking for guidance. Please assist. Sent from my iPhon Hi - our condo association at 283/285 Bowen Street is planning a roof replacement. We noticed the chimney at 281 Bowen is in disrepair but unfortunately we're unable to identify the owner of the building to inform them. The chimney poses a risk regardless of the roof replacement however we'd ideally like to notify the owner in advance of our potential project. Is the city able to help I.D. and/or communicate this issue to the owner of 281 Bowen Street?
