Description: Please change the Forest Hills St utility construction detour that is sending all vehicles onto Rossmore Rd. Rossmore Road is backing up with traffic constantly. Cars are blocking cross streets and honking their horns in aggravation. Huge trucks are unnecessarily cutting through. It does not make sense to detour tons of traffic - because Forest Hills Street is closed - onto tiny residential side streets. This happened before in October (please see previous cases 101003468874, 01003451732, 101003438689, 101003431244 and 101003392266) and now the construction has resumed. Please instead detour traffic onto the Arborway which can much better handle the volume.
