Description
I would like to file a complaint against Ken Ryan of the Boston Property Management. He has ignored my emails. I have reported multiple graffiti cases on the app and he has completely ignored them. When will the city ever learn that ignoring people doesn?t make the problem go away. All it does is make the people angry, which makes the problem worse. I have looked through the app, and apparently the last case closed by the graffiti buster crew was in the beginning of November. What the heck have they been doing all day? Sitting twiddling their thumbs? That is very unacceptable. They can?t use snow as an excuse because we haven?t even got that much snow. If they are worried about the cold weather, there has been plenty of warmer days. Heck, the temperature this past week hasn?t been too bad. But they never went out and removed the graffiti. That is completely unacceptable. Are they going to completely ignore the graffiti throughout the whole winter? If that?s the case, the city is going to be a complete mess. There?s already a thousand cases open. There?s so much in East Boston. Please do something about it!!! Maybe have a supervisor talk to Ken.
