- Two problem areas on this absentee landlord property where rats are living the high life! One is trash and old wood piled under the porch with rodents. Two is a huge pile of yard waste (that's been there for over a year) in the backyard. It's become a rat highrise with burrows. Please inspect and cite. It's a health hazard and the rats are running around. Yikes!
