- Ticket #101003708817 was closed with no violation found. Find attached a photo from the other side of the fence showing how much the sidewalk has been encroached. I believe there is an easily solvable issue here since more than 50% of the sidewalk has been consumed by a private fence. The gap is no large enough for wheelchair or stroller, and the other side of the road is already difficult because of the old congress st staircase.
