Description: While on my way to getting food at the food pantry with the assistance of my PCA, we stumbled upon a severely broken, uneven walkway. The next thing I knew - I was about 2 inches from landing on my face with wheelchair landing on top of me. Thanks to his quick action and his STRONG muscles, I was SAVED from a HUGE disaster. I did suffer from bruising of the ribs and arms from the force he had to use to get me out of that jam! Pls FIX ASAP. However my ribs and arms are all bruised due to the amount of strength it took for him to lift BOTH the wheelchair AND me to an operator position
