- Styrofoam from construction on Freeport st next to Susi auto body. It's a complete nuisance. We've been putting in reports for over a week. Public works was here today speaking with the owner of the property (Robert Susi) of Susi auto body. He denied it was his other property and blamed it on a truck spill. They are clearly sanding foam insulation on his huge building next door on Freeport st. I explained this to the public works man today. It's all over and very hard to clean!
