Description
About 15 cars parked illegally. 2 fire hydrants blocked for 4+ hours. College 311 and they told me to call bpd. BPD cruisers were on site for a time but did not tag cars. We really need BTD out here at night and on weekends. Entrance to our parking garage was blocked 20+ min straight. Hydrants are rarely clear. Many of the danger vehicles every weekend...
