Description
This was first called in 5 years ago (!), and then again 1 year ago, as it keeps getting worse. This tree root has now raised the sidewalk 9"+, and is causing real accessibility issues - especially in the icy winter time. (Not to mention, it looks horrible.) Last Summer, the case was Closed with "requesting permanent repair for 3 flags". It's now been another year - is this repair happening?? This tree root needs to be dealt with.
