- I know tomorrow is trash day, but the residents of 17 Monmouth St never dispose of their garbage properly. I mean this is in two paper bags that are not tied. It's going to spill all over the street by morning like it does every week. Every week because of this their garbage scatters all over the block. The sidewalks out in front are stained from their disgusting waste. I would talk to the landlord myself but I have no idea who it is. Can you have a word or write a letter explaining?
