- Graffiti (again) in Shipyard Park at The Anchor. New graffiti but same wall an an old submission. Perhaps someone is not happy the Anchor has taken more & more space, cuts off public access to park, and over decorates like a trashy, cheap spectacle rather than a historic site of significance to the neighborhood including veterans & memorial & entire community. #BPDAfail #BpdaNegligence | Offensive: No | Case (SR) Type: [BRA Issues] Referred To: [BPDA: Administration]
