- The Anchor lets rats run free. All around it and into Shipyard Park. Esp into pictured bushes. Alot of huuuuge RATs!! Area unsafe. Affects people & pets in Navy Yard. BOS liability? for BPDA neglect? BPDA HAS BEEN TOLD OF THE RAT PROBLEM IN SHIPYARD PARK AND THE ANCHOR is causing/making it worse!!
