The parking meters on the left side of Marginal Rd between Washington St and Harrison Ave have been removed, but the old signs that references the parking meters are still there. Will the left side of the street be converted to resident parking since the current resident spots on the right side of the street will soon be lost due to construction of the new Quincy school?
