Description
Illegal space savers. Barrels have been blocking resident parking spaces 24/7 for over a month. There is no street occupancy permit. There is no active construction. Please remove the barrels. Resident parking is limited in this area. GTI and SOWA Market have been saving these spaces 24/7 for their own use on Sunday. The streets in the neighborhood do not belong to Mario Nicosia.
