- Fire Hydrant being blocked by piles of trash, pizza boxes, milk crates, suitcases, clothes and there are rats running around. On right side of 583 Boylston St (near New Balance) there is all kinds of piled up trash, pizza boxes, milk crates, suitcases, clothes and rats running around. Please have DPW remove as this is a health hazard.
