- fom PWD ISD continually sending cases back without looking at notes or pictures, this is not a sidewalk issue it's a building construction issue with unsafe conditions please ask ISD to inspect THEIR worksite This construction site already greatly reduced the width of this already narrow sidewalk. Now there's a large set of gaps to fall into, especially when it's dark. This is a very unsafe walkway, very difficult to navigate with a stroller or wheelchair.
