- I use a white cane because I am visually impaired. The sidewalks are so bad that the cane gets caught in the large cracks. This could result in a shoulder injury and even damage to my mobility device. These grounds all around Fulton Street and commercial Avenue needs to get fixed as soon as possible. The backfire from the cane getting caught in the crack is very painful on the wrist and shoulder.
