- I'm going to submit photos of this guy to every single department until you guys get your act together send remove him from the sidewalk. So enjoy it because we have to put up with him pooping everywhere blocking the sidewalk and leaving his trash where we have to walk. I've been asking for help since September with ZERO response. Get him off the sidewalk and if you can't, tell me who can move him. Public property. Thank you
