- For the last several evenings I have seen multiple large rats frolicking (apparently living) in the small garden in the sunken courtyard between 20 Charles St. and 68 Beacon St (Beacon Hill). This coincides with observations of rat activity around trash bags placed on the sidewalk during trash pick-up days.
