Illegal Parking

Description: This vehicle is parked in an illegal parking space. WE CANNOT SEE ONCOMING TRAFFIC WHEN EXITING OUR GARAGE. VEHICLES SPEED DOWN D STREET TO MAKE THE GREEN LIGHT @ D & FARGO STREETS. There is a sign that says NO STOPPING and there is NO meter for this space. This parking space is misleading because there is a single meter AND there are white lines painted on the street that give the false Impression that it is a legal parking space The city blacked out the mistakenly painted white lines years ago - CLEARLY these misleading whites lines need to be blacked out again People ignore the NO STOPPING sign because the single meter + the faded white lines give the perception that the parking space is a valid parking space. See cases 101003725464 and 101004286610 If meters cannot be reconfigured - add signage to the single ambiguous meter indicating the parking space it?s for. THIS IS A CHRONIC ISSUE. WHEN IS THE CITY GOING TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE??!!??!!
