- **Assessing maps indicate most perimeter open/greenspaces at Castle Sq. are BPDA-owned** This fountain runs incessantly in the Castle Square Housing Projects. While it's aesthetically pleasing it has become a public shower and laundry for homeless on their way to and from Pine St and Mass and Cass.
